To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in resalable condition

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items that are personalised or made to order


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


6. Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift:

  • You may receive a store credit for the returned item

If not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
